How to install
The app does not have a paid Microsoft or Apple signing certificate. Windows or Mac may show a warning the first time. Follow these steps to allow it.
How to install on Windows
Download and open the installer. If you see “Windows protected your PC”, click More info and then Run anyway. Follow the installer steps.
How to install on Mac
Open the .dmg and drag BomberCity to Applications. Open the app. If macOS warns about an unidentified developer, go to System Settings → Privacy & Security. Scroll down, click Open Anyway and confirm. You only need to allow it once. To choose your download, open the Apple menu → About This Mac. If it says “Chip Apple M…”, choose Apple Silicon. If it says Intel, choose Intel.
How to install on Linux
AppImage: make the file executable, then open it: chmod +x BomberCity-*.AppImage. On Debian or Ubuntu, you can also install the .deb: sudo dpkg -i bombstats_*.deb.
Updates
Improvements arrive by themselves, with nothing new to download: BomberCity updates the farm in seconds, without closing or stopping your accounts.
On Windows and Linux, BomberCity downloads and installs updates automatically. On Mac and the server version, a notice at the top of the dashboard has an update button. On Mac, it opens the download.
What's new appears once the page loads.
